Position Title: Office Administrator (Production Data Analyst)

Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Production Manager or designate, the Office Administrator (Production Data Analyst) will support the daily operations of the Meat Grinding Division. This position is responsible for analyzing and reconciling data related to raw material intake and finished goods output. The analyst ensures accurate production reporting, identifies discrepancies, and works collaboratively with the production team to resolve issues and improve data integrity. This role supports operational efficiency, traceability, and compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily production data: match raw materials used with finished goods produced.
- Identify and investigate yield variances and data discrepancies.
- Enter, validate, and maintain production and inventory data in spreadsheets or internal systems.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, or monthly production reports as required.
- Work closely with production staff to gather missing or unclear data.
- Support process improvements by identifying recurring data issues and suggesting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, traceability, and reporting standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to use formulas, sorting, and filtering functions.
- Previous experience in production, inventory, or administrative role is an asset.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to problem-solve and interpret data trends.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail including high level of accuracy and speed with data entry.
