Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: London, ON
Job Type: Temporary Position
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Fuze HR is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our client in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately transferring materials from spreadsheets into our client’s online application, Cority, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data from spreadsheets into the Cority online application.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all entries meet established quality and formatting standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or issues during data entry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with online data systems or applications (experience with Cority is an asset).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
