Autocad Revit Designer
About the role
HEPAire Products Corporation a leading supplier and design builder in the cleanroom and laboratory marketplace in Canada is currently seeking an AutoCAD/Revit person to join our design engineering group at our Ottawa. Posting Date: As soon as possible – flexible hours.
Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE
- Enrolled in Advanced Architectural Technology or Construction Engineering Technology, or relevant coarse experience.
- Fluency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of commercial construction management.
- General understanding of Building Codes.
- Strong attention to details, problem solving and paperwork organization.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong Communication and people skill sets.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Preparation of detailed AutoCAD and REVIT drawing files.
- Attending meetings, as required, and taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- Issuing Notices of Revision; Site Instructions; and Requests for Information.
- Processing Shop Drawings.
- General File Administration
- Writing project reports.
- Researching products and new design developments.
- Developing and compiling close-out manual documentation.
