Founded by shíshálh entrepreneur Aaron Joe, we’re an Indigenous-owned business rooted in circular economy practices and Indigenous values.
We are entering an exciting period of growth—with new product lines, expanded recycling services, and a redesigned site on the horizon. To support this work, we are seeking a contract Junior Project Manager to drive deliverables.
Scope of WorkOur roadmap includes exciting projects such as:
- Launching branded soil and compost bags (small bags and mega bags).
- Rolling out silt socks for erosion control
- Expanding into metal recycling, commercial recycling, and an archaeological repository
- Enhancing customer experience for commercial, residential, and industrial clients
- Redesigning our site layout to improve safety, traffic flow, and service delivery
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…• Have 1–5+ years of experience in project management, product development, or service design
- Are confident managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder groups
- Have experience with project management tools like Asana
- Can balance strategy and execution—moving ideas from concept to clear deliverables
- Communicate clearly, build alignment, and anticipate roadblocks
- Understand business case thinking, pricing, and compliance considerations
- Care about sustainability, Indigenous leadership, and community impact
Contract Details• Contractor position – not an employee role
- $30–$35 hourly rate, based on experience
- Expected commitment: 4–5 days per week
