Qualifications
- Sc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
- Eng. designation (or eligibility for registration with APEGA)
- 7+ years of experience in Transportation or Municipal Engineering
- Strong understanding of general construction methods and practices
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Civil3D, contract administration, and construction site reviews considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Support and manage a variety of transportation and municipal projects under the guidance of a Senior Engineer
- Prepare cost estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Provide construction administration and site review services
