About the position
Days of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30.
The Registered Social Worker at the West Kelowna UPCC is at the heart of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise directly improves lives — right when people need it most.
You will be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, mental health clinicians, and other allied health professionals. Each day, you bring your knowledge of psychosocial care; crisis intervention; counselling and group work; system navigation; and linkage to relevant specialized or community resources to support individuals and families facing complex challenges — whether it’s mental health crises, housing instability, substance use concerns or navigating difficult life transitions.

Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
Two years recent related experience in a healthcare, or a combination of related education, training and experience.
Current registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
Current valid BC driver’s license.
