Pharmasave Broadmead is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist licensed in British Columbia for a full-time Pharmacy role. We are an independent community pharmacy in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, and our goal is simple but ambitious: to be the most trusted and meaningful pharmacy in our community. Our mission at Pharmasave is to offer exceptional patient centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients and are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy.
Hours of operation are 8:00am-9:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Saturday and 10:00am-5:00pm on Sundays and Holidays.
Prepare and dispense medications accurately
Provide medication counseling and education to patients and their families Provide clinical services where appropriate (med reviews, adaptations, injections, etc.) Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions Other duties as required Licensed in British Columbia Minimum one year of previous Pharmacy experience preferred Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Takes pride in providing accurate, compassionate, and proactive care Interested in growing clinically and professionally in a community setting Values teamwork, integrity, and patient advocacy Experience in community pharmacy is an asset, but we welcome pharmacists at all stages of their career who share our vision Competitive compensation: $62.00 an hour Signing bonus available A respectful, positive work environment Opportunities for professional development and expanded scope of practice A chance to make a real difference every single day The lifestyle and natural beauty of Victoria, BC We offer a fantastic team, wonderful community and a unique practice experience including a 4 day work week.
