About People Purpose

Business Consulting and Services
2-10 employees
Founded in 2025

People Purpose Corporation exists to help construction and trades business owners grow on purpose, so they can give on purpose. Most owners in this industry are exceptional at the work and were never trained to lead the business. They carry the sales, the deliverables, the people, and the pressure, often alone. We come alongside them with a clear, proven path forward. Our work follows a deliberate sequence: Identity, Culture, then Strategy. Identity grounds the owner and the company in who they actually are and what they are built to do. Culture aligns the team around that identity so the right people are doing the right work for the right reasons. Strategy then turns that clarity into growth that lasts, because strategy built on a shaky identity and a misaligned culture never holds. We believe business is a platform, not just a paycheck. When an owner gets clear on who they are, builds a team that runs without them, and grows with intention, they gain the freedom to be generous with their time, their resources, and their influence. That is the point of all of it. Growth for the Sake of Generosity. If you own a construction or trades business and you are ready to stop being the bottleneck and start building something that outlasts you, let's talk.
