About The Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of our compliance automation solutions. You'll work at the intersection of legal expertise and cutting-edge technology, shaping products that transform how law firms and corporations handle compliance processes.

As our Product Manager for Compliance Solutions, you'll collaborate closely with legal professionals, engineers, and designers to build intuitive, powerful tools that solve real-world compliance challenges. You'll have the opportunity to define product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and directly impact the direction of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy for compliance automation tools

Conduct user research and gather feedback from legal professionals Create detailed product requirements and user stories Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features on time Analyze product metrics and user behavior to inform decisions Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on product positioning Stay current with legal technology trends and compliance regulations

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics Experience with user research and customer discovery methods Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of agile development methodologies Experience with product management tools (Jira, Figma, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

Legal background or experience in the legal industry

Knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements Experience with AI/ML products or document automation Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers
