What You’ll Do:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs.
- Market and provide appropriate insurance products and services.
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Utilize your knowledge of Life Insurance & Living Benefits
What We’re Looking For:
- One or both of the following licenses - OTL, RIBO, LLQP
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service.
- Ability to multitask and make professional presentations to clients.
- Clean background check and credit report as required by Desjardins.

- Competitive salary ($50,000–$75,000 depending on experience) + uncapped commissions and bonuses.
