ABOUT THE ROLE
As an IBP Planner, you will be facilitating the Integrated Business Planning process in the Market to achieve an aligned demand plan.
You will be managing the collection of Business Intelligence from Commercial and Finance teams and integrating it into the demand plan. You will balance supply and demand, ensure successful inventory management, identify risks and opportunities to the plan, create optimized responses and validate them with the stakeholders.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Running routine Market IBP process and engaging with the Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to capture market events and trends that impact the sales forecast and to properly plan new product initiatives
- Reviewing the Statistical forecast provided by the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and incorporating all information relevant to enrich it with the latest market events and new product launches
- Collaborating with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub to ensure successful inventory management throughout the supply chain and follow up on product availability at the market level
- Regularly analyzing finished goods and projections, work collaboratively with the Commercial and Operations teams
- Regularly reviewing Market sales performance versus approved forecast and target, analyzing forecasting KPIs. Facilitating the preparation and approval of the gap closure plans
- Maintaining relevant data in Supply Chain systems in a structured way to ensure proper planning activities
- Ensuring full compliance with confidentiality standards applicable to any commercial and competitively sensitive information
- Organizing business processes at the assigned work area in compliance with EHS rules, Quality, policies and procedures, evaluating risks at workplaces, and taking appropriate measures for risk reduction.
- Ensuring the right phasing-in & phasing-out of products due to Commercial plans / regulatory environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree or post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- 3+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
- Ability to lead S&OP meetings and Project management skills are strong plus
- End-to-End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning Processes knowledge/experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and systems (SQL, Excel, Power BI tools, etc.) is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite)
- Knowledge of Finance principles; ability to use financial concepts & terminology and principles of PM budget cycle
