About the role

We are seeking a Pricing and EDI Coordinator based in our Milton location to join the Customer Service team. This is a fully on-site role in our Milton, ON head office.

This is a 12-month contract role.

  • You will be part of a team that consists of 3 members, and you will provide support to ensure successful development and maintenance of our EDI and Pricing programs for Rockwool North America, contributing to our company’s goal of customer satisfaction and growth. The Pricing and EDI Coordinator reports directly to the Customer Success Manager.

What you will be doing : Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, but a typical day may entail :

  • Preparing templates for EDI mapping and Pricing Updates
  • Performing pricing calculations and analyses using Microsoft Excel
  • Assisting in the successful implementation of price increases and onboarding new EDI customers
  • Support testing during SAP, UAT upgrades and implementations
  • Creating and maintaining Customer Master Data in SAP including EDI customer requirements
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of tables associated with EDI operations Monitor, troubleshoot and analyze EDI activity, ensuring all transmissions are executed as required
  • Address and resolve EDI errors daily in conjunction with Customer Service team
  • Maintain UPC master list and assign UPCs for new items
  • Liaising with several members of Supply Chain, Finance and Product Management during updates to product pricing and packaging
  • Adhere to pricing procedures
  • And above all, take pride in relationship building to set our customers and ROCKWOOL up for continued success

What you bring :

  • You have a rock-solid customer service background with 3-5 years’ experience using SAP
  • Basic knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
  • Graduated from a post-secondary institution in business, communications, or an equivalent field
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Positive and professional demeanour
  • Detailed Oriented and elevated level of accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
