- Help with testing new Salesforce features or configurations, logging issues, and ensuring system changes meet business requirements.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation to support end-users and enhance adoption of Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.
