Job Description
In your role as Site Inspection Coordination Lead, you will lead site inspection activities for aviation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest quality assurance standards. You will be responsible for overseeing inspection teams, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive technical reports that drive project success.

Lead and coordinate site inspection activities across aviation projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct detailed technical assessments of aviation inspection requirements, components, systems, and installations, analysing program interface needs.

Coordinate Terms of Reference for required inspections.

Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in reports.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate inspection findings and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all inspection activities.

Maintain meticulous records and inspection documentation, utilising digital tools and systems for efficient data management.

Identify and escalate technical issues or risks to senior management and project stakeholders promptly.

Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection processes and quality standards within the organisation.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in site inspection, quality assurance, or similar roles within aviation or transportation projects.

Knowledge of aviation engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is an asset.

Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Solid understanding of health and safety protocols in construction and engineering environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with inspection management software and digital documentation platforms.

Background in engineering consulting or similar professional services environment.

Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
