  • Base salary range for Customer Fulfillment Senior Specialist- Bilingual between $55,000 and $65,000 CAD annually

We are looking for aBilingual****Senior Customer Fulfillment Specialistwho will serve as the central point of contact for our customers—coordinating service orders from the moment they are received through final service delivery. As the Senior Customer Fulfillment Senior Specialist , you will help us deliver the best-in-class customer experience while contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the initial point of contact when customers call to request information or require escalation support.
  • Perform real-time order entry, apply customer service procedures and standards ensuring accuracy, clarity and timely follow-through
  • Prioritize the customer experience by proactively responding to complex customer inquiries, resolving issues, answering questions and communicating updates
  • Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations and Transportation to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
  • Document and maintain accurate customer records and supplier files based on customer service notes, processes, and business rules ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date
  • Create and maintain professional relationships with your customers and business partners
  • Generate reports to review customer activity and continuous improvement opportunity
  • Follow customer orders from receipt to service delivery by coordinating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS You too, put forward your strengths:

  • AS or BS degree in Business or related field, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, order management and service coordination
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and strong follow-up abilities
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Strong team player, committed to maintaining desired service levels and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
