Job Description Preferred candidate identified Role Overview As a BI Claim Advisor II (L7), you will play a key role in supporting the Bodily Injury claims team by assisting with file management, handling time-sensitive activities, and providing backup coverage during absences. This role ensures continuity of service and helps maintain a legendary customer experience while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities File Support & Operational Activities
- Assist with BI claim file handling, including organizing documentation and ensuring timely updates.
- Support claim intake and capacity requirements based on business needs.
- Manage transfer files when team members leave, including escalated or complex cases.
Vacation Backup Coverage
- Act as backup for out-of-office adjusters:
- Complete regular touchpoint activities.
- Respond to voicemail and email inquiries.
- Handle time-sensitive tasks (e.g., coverage confirmation, payments).
- Action total loss settlements and vehicle movement.
Customer Support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed claims notes and provide timely updates.
Collaboration & Team Support
- Participate in team huddles and MS Teams chats to provide support and share updates.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and assist colleagues as needed.

What You Need To Succeed
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Confidence in handling complex files and technical understanding of BI Claims.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of BI claims processes and provincial regulations (an asset).
- Actively pursuing or holding CIP designation (preferred).
