The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to join our KidsInclusive leadership team. Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in the operation and strategic direction of the centre. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive quality improvement, and strengthen partnerships that enhance care for children and families.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of over 100 staff, ensuring recruitment, orientation, performance management, and professional development.
- Oversee key business functions including budgeting, contract management, and reporting to funders.
- Champion privacy, quality, and risk management initiatives, including KidsInclusive’s unique electronic health record system.
- Foster strong relationships with KHSC departments and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote patient and family-centred care in all aspects of operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent combination of degree and professional designation (e.g., Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker).
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in the child and youth sector.
- Preferred Expertise: Autism, Mental Health, and/or Social Services.
- Skills: Advanced leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Other: Member of a regulated health profession (MSW, MHA or equivalent), advanced knowledge of children’s rehabilitation in Ontario, bilingualism (French/English) preferred, satisfactory criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
