This isn’t just about selling trailers, it’s about building meaningful relationships with customers. It’s all about understanding how your customer works, and helping them choose the right trailer to get the job done.
At Flaman, sales is customer service. As a Trailer Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with farmers, contractors, and businesses to match their hauling needs with the right trailer solutions.
Sales experience is an asset — not required.
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, & who is willing to go the extra mile.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with customers in person and on the lot
- Quote, close, and follow up on sales
- Demonstrate and deliver trailers
- Work with Parts, Service, and Admin to support customers
- Represent Flaman at trade shows when needed

- Are self-motivated and organized
- Believe in doing right by the customer
- Enjoy talking with people and building trust
- Like learning products and how they’re used
