Responsibilities As a General Labour, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on a production line in a processing plant, including: Transporting, weighing, checking, and packaging products.

Working in different departments such as slaughtering, evisceration, cutting, and cleaning.

Performing any other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of operations.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a refrigerated department at a temperature of 4 to 7°C (40 to 45°F); sometimes

working in areas colder than 4 to 7°C.

  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb);
  • Ability to work in a CO2 environment where employees are not exposed to more than 5,000

ppm of CO2 during an eight (8) hour shift;

  • Ability to work on the production line, standing for an eight (8) hour shift;
  • Be a team player, able to multitask and pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to record, note, or enter pallet labels or other information required for

the job on a tablet.

  • Scanning information if requested or required.

Schedule : Day/Evening - to be determined
