About the role

A career as a Senior Advisor in Planning at the Real Estate Department of National Bank means being responsible for supporting, prioritizing, and coordinating real estate projects that affect our entire real estate portfolio. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your ability to optimize processes, your positive leadership, and your effective management of priorities.

Your Job:

  • Deploy the real estate project planning strategy in collaboration with business sectors.
  • Participate in needs analysis, propose layout scenarios, and contribute to maximizing the use of spaces according to business objectives.
  • Advise and support partners in identifying needs and deploying real estate projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry’s best practices and continuously improve the planning process.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently and follow up with partners to ensure common objectives are achieved.
  • Contribute to enhancing user experience while ensuring financial objectives are met.

Your Team:

The real estate business strategy sector consists of several experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities and continuously improve processes. Within the sector, you are part of a team composed of two planning advisors, one market development advisor, and one principal advisor who report to the Senior Director and work in a matrix structure with several internal experts. The team is mainly responsible for developing the strategy and planning of real estate projects.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to the field and six years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree related to the field and four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in needs analysis, space planning and layout
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior executives from different business sectors.
  • Comfortable in a role of influence and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent synthesis skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of achievements and exceeding objectives.

Languages:

English, French
