We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager specializing in Cards & Payments to join our team. As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to our card and payment systems. This role demands an individual who is not only well-versed in project management methodologies but also possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of the payments landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, compliance, and customer service, to ensure that our projects align with business objectives and customer needs.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to card and payment systems.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and tracking expenses.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in the financial services or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of card payment systems and the regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and collaborators.
