Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Winnipeg office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Team Lead , Enterprise IT
##What’s On Your Plate:
- Provide end-user support within the office environment, ensuring appropriate processes are followed and effective support is in place
- Deliver a high standard of service, maintaining quality and a positive end-user experience
- Support the availability, security, and scalability of the IT services platform
- Contribute to the service roadmap and help plan for future business needs
- Manage workload effectively and support wider team priorities as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users, peers, stakeholders, and the wider business, including updates, changes, and key information
- Remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations in a professional manner
- Keep tickets updated with detailed and accurate information in line with service targets
- Share relevant knowledge, including SME updates and key takeaways from training or learning opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, support peers where needed, and contribute positively to the team environment
- Complete management-assigned tasks in a timely manner and communicate progress clearly
##Recipe for Success:
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support, service desk, or end-user support role
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide effective and professional user support
- Good foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, account, and access-related issues
##Technical skills in the following areas:
- ##Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS devices
- Experience with collaboration and support tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira and Confluence
- Experience with identity, access, and device management tools including Okta, Intune, Jamf Pro, Active Directory, Google Admin Console, and SCCM
- Exposure to ticketing systems, remote support tools, and asset management platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools, basic scripting or automation (desirable)
##Soft skills:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment with changing priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a practical, user-focused approach
- Confident in undertaking work assignments with a moderate level of guidance and direction
