Our platform blends human sales execution with AI‑driven insights so companies get a stronger, more consistent sales process and a pipeline they can rely on.

We're expanding our Toronto team and looking for a full‑time Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves talking to people, and knows how to turn conversations into booked demos. This is a hybrid role — you'll work alongside our sales team in‑office three days a week and remotely the rest. What You'll Do

As a BDR at SalesAsk, you will be responsible for generating qualified demos for our clients through a mix of outbound and inbound activity. Your day‑to‑day includes: Making outbound calls to targeted prospects Responding to inbound leads quickly and professionally Qualifying prospects based on ICP criteria Overcoming objections and driving interest in a scheduled demo Managing conversations across phone, SMS, and email Logging activity and notes in our CRM Working closely with the AE team to ensure smooth handoffs Maintaining high demo‑show rates through follow‑up and confirmation Hitting weekly and monthly demo targets This role is high‑impact — the demos you book directly fuel our clients' revenue.

What We're Looking For

You're a fit if you: Are based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work from our office three days per week Have strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Are comfortable with outbound calling Can think quickly and handle objections Are organized and consistent with follow‑up Are competitive, motivated, and goal‑oriented Want to grow into higher‑level sales roles (AE, AM, etc.) Have experience in sales, customer service, or call‑based roles (preferred but not required) We hire for attitude and drive — we'll train you on the rest.
