The Role:

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support our busy Client Services team and help keep day-to-day client work running smoothly.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help coordinate and plan client programs, manage deliverables, and support research and internal requests—all while representing the EM brand.

You’re curious, creative, and a strategic thinker who asks “why” to understand clients and categories better. You’re organized, proactive, and always two steps ahead in anticipating what’s needed. Most importantly, you’re a strong communicator who builds trust, keeps projects on track, and brings energy to every team you’re part of.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the account team with coordination and planning of client programs
  • Handle admin and operational tasks to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Build collaborative, trusted relationships with clients throughout projects
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute contact reports
  • Conduct competitive market research and reporting
  • Keep account files organized and updated with client feedback
  • Contribute ideas during creative ideation and strategy sessions
  • Manage communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform quality checks on deliverables before they go to the client
  • Collaborate across all EM teams to meet project objectives

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of marketing/advertising agency experience (mandatory)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and note-taking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of the project lifecycle and related reporting
  • Professionalism, time management, and emotional intelligence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Curiosity and strategic question-asking to deepen industry expertise
  • Experience managing creative development for Traditional/Simplified Chinese or South Asian campaigns is an asset
  • Client-facing account service experience with proven relationship-building skills
