About Opportunity:
Harvard Media Regina has a rare opportunity to join our growing team as a Retail Sales Supervisor.
The media world is fast-paced and ever-changing, and Harvard Media is at the forefront. By combining
our trusted radio brands with bold digital strategies, we’ve become a full-service multimedia
company helping local businesses grow through radio, social, SEO and e-commerce solutions as well
as our online publication of SaskToday.com.
In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a talented team of media consultants while also working
directly with local businesses to grow their brand and revenue. You’ll be responsible for selling
innovative advertising campaigns across our radio stations, including SaskToday.ca, our trusted and
fast-growing local news platform. Along the way, you’ll support and coach sales representatives to
deliver integrated marketing solutions that truly make an impact.
We’re looking for someone with strong sales experience, leadership skills and a passion for creating
value for local businesses. If you’re self-driven, love solving challenges and thrive in a

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities across radio and digital
platforms (CKRM, CHMX-FM, CFWF-FM, SaskToday.ca).
- Lead and coach a team of media consultants through in-field training, mentoring and professional development.
- Deliver tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive revenue
growth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on recruitment, onboarding, team engagement and business
development initiatives.
- Oversee campaign execution, client service, collections and team sales performance to meet
annual targets.
- Represent Harvard Media in the market with professionalism and act as a brand
ambassador.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to develop solution-based ideas from inception to execution.
- Digital media savvy.
- The drive, passion, and enthusiasm it takes to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
- Strong business acumen.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior leadership role demonstrating success an asset
- Management experience in media sales is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years with a proven track record in broadcast and/or digital sales required
- A team player able to collaborate with all internal departments
- Resiliency and adaptability
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Standard Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, with flexibility to work around events/experiences outside of these hours.
