About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Admin to join our supply chain HR team. This position will provide HR support for our supply chain employees, leadership team and will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional partners across the business.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Provide professional HR administrative support to Supply Chain and HR leadership, delivering timely and accurate assistance.
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including conducting orientations and preparing/processing all required new hire paperwork.
  • Review and process candidate applications to ensure they meet minimum hiring standards, escalating exceptions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking, including entering, updating, and processing applicant information in HR systems.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates regarding the status of their application, including requests for additional information, verification updates, and final decisions (approval/denial).
  • Execute and document each step of the multi-stage qualification process, ensuring thorough follow-through and completion.
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain employee documents and information in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and in compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Prepare and submit Records of Employment (ROEs) accurately and within required timelines.
  • Coordinate and participate in department and company engagement/spirit events, maintaining visibility across departments (including floor walks as needed).
  • Participate in and, when appropriate, facilitate meetings to share updates, provide HR information, and support initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively as a member of the HR team, including cross-training across HR functions to ensure coverage and continuity of service.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative HR role
  • Proficient in MS Office including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • PeopleSoft experience is a plus
  • Onboarding Processes
  • Organization and strong attention to detail required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Reading and comprehension skills/legal and regulatory interpretation for Canada
  • Extreme confidentiality and discretion are a must
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities; ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Strong customer focus
  • Positive attitude, team player and must deliver top quality customer service.

The starting rate for this position is $19.86 - $25.79 and may increase to $31.73 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
