VOLUNTEER POSITION Art History DSC Members (positions listed below). Applications will remain open until Friday, August 29th at 4PM, 2025. Time Commitment 8 month term from September 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026. Planning and executing art history DSC event logistics

Graphics and Digital Media Coordinator (1)
- Attending monthly DSC meetings
- Designing social media posts for events and infographics
- Working closely with events team, marketing team, and IEDIAA lead to create graphics for their projects
- Photographing/filming DSC events. (e.g. digitally documenting events and facilitating DSC headshots).
- Delegating job responsibilities amongst team members.
- Attending DSC events.
Graphics and Digital Media Team Member (1)
- Attending monthly DSC meetings
- Designing social media posts for events and infographics
- Working closely with events team, marketing team, and IEDIAA lead to create graphics for their projects
- Photographing/filming DSC events. (e.g. digitally documenting events and facilitating DSC headshots).
- Attending DSC events.
Marketing and Outreach Coordinator (1)
- Researching, budgeting, and executing art history merch.
- Advertising DSC events. Reaching out to profs and students to ensure visibility.
- Working closely with all DSC teams
- Attending monthly DSC meetings
- Delegating job responsibilities amongst Marketing and Outreach team members.
- Attending DSC events
Communication & Outreach Coordinator (1)
- Maintaining internal and external communication for the team
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications
- Suppourt all DSC events
- Representing the co-presidants when they are unavailble
I-EDIAA Coordinator (1)

Ensuring event accessibility and inclusivity.

Researching bi-weekly artist visibility posts.

Attending monthly DSC meetings.

Attending DSC events.

Develop and brainstorm event concepts and ideas.

Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Execute and oversee events to ensure they run smoothly and meet objectives.
