As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our Sales Department.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Sales Department, the Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in developing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, managing accounts, and driving business growth. This position is ideal for an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure our retail partners receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytical, and motivated by achieving results. They will have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Customer Relationship Management Act as a primary point of contact supporting assigned retail customers and sales accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing proactive communication and exceptional service. Identify customer needs, opportunities, and potential sales growth initiatives. Support Sales Representatives in managing accounts, opportunities, and daily customer requirements. Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order requirements. Assist with preparing customer presentations, product updates, sales tools, and account reviews. Participate in customer follow-ups and sales initiatives to maximize business opportunities.

Sales Support & Account Management

Provide day-to-day sales support to Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers. Coordinate customer account setup and onboarding processes. Manage customer portals and ensure product information is accurate and up to date. Support product launches, promotions, assortment changes, and seasonal programs. Coordinate internally with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams to ensure customer commitments are met. Assist in resolving customer issues related to pricing, availability, shipping, product information, and account requirements.

Sales Reporting & Business Analysis

Prepare sales reports, customer performance analysis, and account summaries. Analyze sales trends, product performance, and market opportunities. Support forecasting activities and promotional planning. Provide insights and recommendations to help drive sales growth. Maintain accurate sales data and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related role. Experience supporting retail customers, wholesale accounts, or e-commerce businesses is highly preferred. Strong customer relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with customer portals, vendor platforms, and ERP systems is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Bilingual French/English is an asset.
