About the role

Client is a boutique law firm specializing in family law. With eight offices located throughout the GTA, the firm provides advice in all areas of family law including decision-making authority, parenting plans, support, property division, separation agreements and marriage contracts. Client prides itself on its expertise, professionalism and collegial work environment.
Due to continued growth, the firm is currently seeking to hire a family lawyer with at least 2 years of experience. All Candidates must have a client-oriented approach to the practice of law and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic, flexible and team-oriented law firm. The firm provides exceptional support staff, work from home options and generous compensation packages.
Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment - must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to carry a large workload
Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, computer skills, & ability to think outside the box.
Must possess a strong work ethic and be a self-starter. Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment. Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with clients.
