We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join Glass Lewis’ Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver high-impact commercial technology, operational technology, and digital transformation initiatives as part of our enterprise transformation portfolio. These projects include new platform development, system modernization, automation, analytics enablement, and operating model transformation.
Based in Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office), you will operate in a truly global delivery environment, engaging stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. The role requires balancing local execution with global alignment—navigating multiple time zones, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring consistency of delivery standards worldwide.
This position combines hands-on project delivery with portfolio governance, ensuring initiatives are executed in alignment with PMO standards, enterprise objectives, and strategic transformation priorities, while maintaining visibility and collaboration across international teams.
Key Skills Required
- Strong project management skills with experience applying recognized methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects across multiple business units and regions.
- Ability to understand system architecture and technical documentation at a high level, engaging effectively with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Asana (or equivalent project/portfolio tool) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare executive-ready documentation and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively across diverse geographies and stakeholder groups.
- Skilled in vendor management and negotiation, ensuring accountability and performance delivery.
Education and Experience

Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

7+ years of project management experience delivering technology, operational, or digital transformation initiatives within a global, multi-site organization.

Experience leading or supporting enterprise system migrations, implementations, or modernization programs, including cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and regulatory considerations related to technology deployments and business transformation.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Experience with change management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is an asset.

Background in interpreting technical documentation and understanding system integration requirements is advantageous.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects within the transformation portfolio, ensuring outcomes align with enterprise objectives, PMO governance standards, and L1 health reporting requirements.
- Deliver strategic technology and business projects within the Stage-Gate product governance process, partnering with governance leads to ensure milestone achievement and delivery health.
- Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization by surfacing dependencies, risks, and resourcing requirements for accurate and timely reporting.
- Enterprise Transformation & Legacy Technology Modernization
- Manage initiatives that transition the organization from legacy technology stacks to modern, scalable, cloud-enabled platforms.
- Coordinate platform development and infrastructure transition projects across Product, Technology, and Business teams.
- Align transformation initiatives with operating model changes, enabling new ways of working, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable adoption.
- Develop structured roadmaps for complex transitions, sequencing work to minimize disruption while delivering incremental business value.
- Partner with Technology PMO teams to manage risks such as technical debt, integration complexity, and stability concerns, ensuring successful cutover and stabilization.
