Your role:
- Ensure the complete and rigorous processing of credit card issuance requests, while respecting quality and compliance standards.
- Contribute to collective performance in productivity and quality.
- Participate in process evolution: propose improvements, collaborate on procedure updates, and support digital transformation.
- Act as a change agent by adopting a proactive approach and sharing ideas to optimize operations.
- Work closely with internal partners to resolve operational issues and ensure a distinctive client experience.
- Ensure compliance rules are respected in all activities.
- Invest in your own development and contribute to that of your colleagues through knowledge sharing and mutual support.
Your team:
Within the Card Domain sector, you are part of a team of 18 colleagues and
report to the Section Director. Our team stands out for its expertise in
personal and commercial credit card issuance, quality delivery,
client/employee experience, a fun atmosphere, and strong collaboration.
We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including on-the-job learning, training content available to you, and collaboration with colleagues from diverse expertise and backgrounds.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Teamwork skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and rigor in task execution
- Openness to continuous learning and process improvement
