Our Ottawa Structural Engineering team requires an Administrative Support Coordinator to manage our daily office operations, coordinate schedule and ensure smooth communication across our team.

What you will do at WSP
Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements, manage calendars and handle correspondence, maintain filing systems, databases and spreadsheets, monitor supplies and reorder as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations and other documents, liaise between departments and external stakeholders, assist with budgeting and expense tracking, support onboarding and HR related tasks and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Set up opportunities and projects in oracle, prepare expense reports, create invoices and enter invoices into our payables system.
What you Bring to WSP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Strong organization and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google, ability to multitask and prioritize.
Experience working in Oracle and asset.
Detail oriented, familiar with office management systems and procedures, the
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A diploma or degree in administrative support or similar is preferred.
2+ years of experience is preferred.
