We partner closely with business, risk, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders to execute complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that enable growth, strengthen infrastructure, and enhance regulatory compliance. Our teams lead the delivery of critical business capabilities that support the firm's evolving strategic priorities while fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. Job Description We are seeking an experienced L10 Delivery Lead to support the continued execution of the Global Prime Infrastructure Strategy and broader Prime growth agenda. This role will provide dedicated delivery leadership for the Global Prime Infrastructure Strategy that is critical to the expansion and evolution of TD Securities' Prime business: Value Stream: TD Arranged Services Expansion Delivery leadership for the establishment of a new non-U.S. arranging entity supporting TD Arranged Services, including coordination across: Financial, capital, and liquidity impacts Infrastructure and technology enablement Client onboarding and transition activities Operations readiness Accounting and finance requirements Tax and legal considerations Compliance and regulatory requirements The Delivery Lead will serve as the central coordination point across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring complex cross-functional initiatives are effectively planned, governed, and executed. The successful candidate will combine strong delivery leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities to drive outcomes in a highly dynamic environment. Role Accountabilities The Delivery Lead will be accountable for: Strategic Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Prime infrastructure initiatives aligned to the Global Prime growth strategy. Develop and manage delivery roadmaps across tactical, interim, and strategic solutions, including transition and decommissioning plans where required. Drive execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment to business objectives, delivery timelines, and regulatory commitments. Establish effective governance structures and reporting mechanisms for senior stakeholders. Stakeholder Management & Coordination Act as the primary DDI point of contact for assigned Prime Infrastructure initiatives. Partner closely with Front Office, Risk, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology stakeholders to define and execute delivery plans. Facilitate discussions, drive decision-making, and ensure timely resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies. Build strong partnerships across business and infrastructure teams to enable successful execution of complex change initiatives. Program Execution & Governance Develop detailed implementation plans and hold stakeholder groups accountable for agreed deliverables. Manage program financials, forecasts, status reporting, and executive communications. Identify delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints while implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Escalate key decisions and execution risks as appropriate to senior leadership. Continuous Improvement & Challenge Provide effective challenge to existing processes, delivery approaches, and implementation assumptions. Recommend delivery solutions that optimize timelines, resources, operational outcomes, and strategic alignment. Contribute to the evolution of Prime Infrastructure delivery practices and governance standards. Job Requirements Experience & Knowledge 10+ years of experience leading complex business, regulatory, risk, or technology change initiatives within Capital Markets. Strong understanding of one or more of the following domains: Prime Brokerage Liquidity Risk Management Market Risk Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Treasury and Balance Sheet Management Capital Markets Operations Technology Delivery Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs involving multiple stakeholder groups. Familiarity with risk methodologies, including liquidity, stress testing, market risk, capital, margin, PFE, and exposure management frameworks. Strong understanding of delivery governance, implementation planning, and change management practices. Leadership & Communication Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across competing priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations, reporting, and decision papers. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments. Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and drive outcomes across diverse teams. Execution Excellence Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to identify dependencies, manage risks, and deliver against aggressive timelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with sound judgment and decision-making skills. Self-starter with a high degree of accountability, ownership, and adaptability. Education University degree or equivalent professional experience. Relevant project management, delivery, risk, or capital markets certifications are considered an asset.
