Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group is supporting an organization in the recruitment of a Member Services Manager. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader with strong operational and service delivery experience who thrives in a member-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Member Services deparment to deliver a professional, responsive, and member-centered experience across all touchpoints.

Oversee daily operations related to member inquiries, onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution, ensuring service standards are met.

Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and service standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to address member needs, escalate concerns, and support organizational initiatives.
-
Analyze member feedback, service metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced engagement.
-
Manage sensitive or escalated member concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Contribute to strategic initiatives related to member engagement, retention, and service innovation.
Requirements:

Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, member services, customer service, or client-focused operations, including people leadership.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with experience handling escalated or sensitive issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to service excellence.
-
Post-secondary education in business, administration, marketing or a related field is considered an asset.
