$119,935 - $162,265Senior-level leadership, business partnership and strategic execution rewarded
Provide strategic partnership and advice, business enablement, and consulting services to the Executive Vice-President (EVP), Strategy and Impact. The Strategy and Impact team advances FCC’s enterprise strategy, business enablement, impact measurement and reporting, economic insight and thought leadership, sustainability and Indigenous relations. In this role, you’ll act as a force multiplier for the EVP – driving clarity, cadence and outcomes across divisional and cross enterprise priorities.
What you’ll do:
- Advise the EVP and divisional leadership team, including giving feedback, serving as a representative or proxy when required, and supporting executive communications
- Contribute to developing and executing the division's annual plan, conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide strategic recommendations to resolve business challenges and translate priorities into actionable divisional initiatives in the areas of sustainability, Indigenous relations, economics and business reporting
- Manage the EVP office, including prioritization, briefing cadence, governance, budget/headcount coordination and internal communications

- Highly adaptive multi-tasker who can navigate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
What you’ll need:
- Business acumen, curiosity, emotional intelligence and the ability to create partnerships with leaders
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration and at least seven years of progressive experience handling business issues at an enterprise level (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Cross-functional experience within FCC and knowledge of the market segments FCC serves would be considered an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
