The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the website, supporting social media efforts, and managing inquiries from external audiences.

  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of annual marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Create and curate engaging multimedia content (photo, video, and copy) for social media channels.
  • Support the development and execution of a social media strategy, including monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with external advertising agencies, Regional Operations Managers, and depot operators to coordinate and optimize local marketing initiatives (under the guidance of the CMO and Director of Marketing).
  • Act as a liaison between advertising agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and other marketing service providers.
  • Partner with the internet services company to manage website functionality and ensure timely content updates.
  • Plan, write, edit, and publish a quarterly e-newsletter, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.

  • Research and compile data for marketing reports; support budget monitoring through analysis of actual results against forecasts.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and participant requirements.
  • Support the development and design of company presentations.
  • Manage promotional merchandise: purchasing, tracking inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining the Online Supply Store.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials to external stakeholders.
  • Continuously build knowledge by participating in training and professional development opportunities.
  • Take ownership of evolving responsibilities and contribute to new initiatives as business needs change.
