The Opportunity
Drive Puig’s omni-channel acceleration for the Prestige segment across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce. Strengthen every step of the funnel with key retail partners. Lead robust commercial plans and growth initiatives for in-store and e-tailing to deliver monthly and annual revenue goals.
What you'll get to do
Commercial Strategy:
- Oversee key account relationships and retailer meetings with ACI Brands Inc.; develop and negotiate business plans and targets to profitably grow the business
- Negotiate and adapt commercial trade terms by client to meet sales and margin objectives
- Liaise with ACI account teams to monitor, track, and report weekly/monthly shipment budgets and order flow, ensuring all programs and launches meet on-counter dates
- Monitor retailer inventory and replenishment with ACI; proactively address opportunities or challenges
- Lead quarterly/seasonal account reviews with ACI to align on future actions and strategies
- Conduct monthly (or as needed) market visits with the ACI field team to identify sales support needs and growth opportunities that deliver plan
- Ensure best-in-class execution of launches and portfolio updates (timeliness, quality, targeting); implement corrective actions when needed
- Develop, negotiate, and manage sales budgets including co-op, demo, and sales incentives
- Participate in bi-weekly/monthly sales meetings to motivate the team and provide direction based on results and feedback
Analyze performance:
- Establish KPI trackers with partners to clearly identify performance vs. target; diagnose gaps and drive actions to close them
- Execute ongoing competitive and retailer analysis (retailer emails, social channels, and periodic competitive audits) to generate insights and tactics that improve our value proposition across B&M and e-commerce
- Expand category, retailer, and market landscape knowledge to pinpoint key business drivers
Partnerships:
- Maximize communication efficiency; leverage cross-functional resources (internal and external)
- Provide clear written and verbal updates to align multiple stakeholders; ensure touchpoints and messaging are coordinated and measured
- Multitask across multiple retailers, brands, and cross-functional workstreams
- Partner hand-in-hand with ACI Brands Inc. on omni-channel strategy and execution; program online activations as needed
- Work closely with Marketing & Media to bring a merchandising vision to life across digital and B&M co-op campaigns
- Liaise with Operations on demand planning and fulfillment request inventory, forecast needs, and communicate clear launch and promotion dates aligned to business requirements
- Develop and manage customer P&Ls in partnership with Finance
- Collaborate with the Global E-commerce team on the merchandising calendar and apply best practices from other markets
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years of commercial sales/e-retail in beauty
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, rankings, and market share, with experience partnering with top retailers (e.g., Holt Renfrew, Sephora, Jean Coutu, Shoppers Drug Mart)
- Strong track record building digital communication strategies supported by ROI analysis
- Demonstrated leadership: motivate sales teams, negotiate effectively, and craft innovative, first-to-market solutions
- Excellent project management and attention to detail; adept at juggling multiple priorities and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to travel 30% annually both domestically and internationally
- Fluency in English and French (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
