About the role
Account Executive (Integrated Guarding)
Our Account Executive (Integrated Guarding) is responsible for driving and retaining revenue through the sale of remote video monitoring solutions, complemented by physical security services where applicable. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and client discovery through contract execution and ongoing account management and works closely with our solutions delivery and monitoring teams to ensure services are practical, effective and continually aligned with client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Drives new business development and closes sales opportunities, including pilots and phased deployments.
- Leads discovery meetings with potential customers to understand objectives, service requirements, and risks.
- Conducts and leads site assessments, engaging solutions delivery team as required.
- Designs and delivers sales presentations and proposals for integrated guarding solutions that meet client requirements and are practical to deliver.
- Owns proposal accuracy, scope definition, and assumptions through to contract execution.
- Ensures quotes and pricing are within approved profitability thresholds for both implementation and ongoing service delivery.
- Leads contract reviews, negotiations, and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintains strong client relationships post-sale to support onboarding, client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Owns all client communications related to commercial matters, including changes impact scope, pricing, or contract terms.
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date CRM records while tracking, forecasting, and communicating new revenue, including responsibility for deal progress, commercial details, and client accounts receivable.
- Performs other duties as required to meet business needs.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within security services, remote video monitoring, or technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong consultative, solutions-selling capability in multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Proven ability to build, retain, and grow client relationships.
- Comfortable leading commercial discussions, including contract negotiation and scope or pricing changes.
- Highly organized and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities while working cross-functionally.
- Prior experience using or managing a CRM software.
