Responsabilités professionnelles

• Agirez comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent à l’intérieur du magasin ou qui appellent à la succursale
• Effectuerez les transactions de vente, les rapports quotidiens de rapprochement bancaire et les achats
• Choisirez, préparerez et chargerez le produit dans le camion de l’entreprise ou le camion du client
• Déchargerez et rangerez les produits livrés à la succursale
• Vous chargerez du déplacement et du stockage sécuritaire et efficace du produit à l’établissement
• Soulèverez 80 lb et conduirez un chariot élévateur
• Vous assurerez que l’entrepôt est propre et bien rangé
• Démontrerez de solides compétences en matière de communication lors de vos interactions directes avec les clients

Compétences

• Un diplôme d’études collégiales et/ou 3 ans ou plus d’expérience en entrepôt et sur un chariot élévateur
• 3 ans ou plus d’expérience concluante dans le domaine du commerce de détail, des affaires, de la comptabilité ou de la vente
• Un permis d’opération de chariot élévateur valide (formation possible)
• La capacité de soulever, de pousser et de transporter de 80 à 100 livres de façon répétée
• De solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
• La connaissance du secteur de la réfection de toitures, un atout
• Autorisé à travailler au Canada

Role: Inside Sales/ Shipper and Receiver

Job Summary: Customer’s first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch. Picking, preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customer’s truck.

Job Responsibilities

• The customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Required to pick, prepare and load purchased product on to the Company truck or load the customer’s truck
• Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch
• Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility
• Lifting 80lbs and operate a lforklift.
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers

Qualifications

• College diploma and/or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience
• 3 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
• Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
• Authorized to work in Canada
