We’re currently looking for a skilled Upholstery Sewer to join our padding and upholstery team! If you enjoy hands-on work, have a steady pace, and are proud of what you create, we want to meet you. You’ll contribute to the creation of high-quality upholstered furniture in a structured, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Sew fabric pieces for upholstered furniture (flat seams and overlock);
- Contribute to various tasks in the sewing and assembly departments;
- Keep the workspace clean and safe;
- Meet quality standards and production timelines.
What You Bring
- Strong manual skills and attention to detail;
- Versatility and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment;
- Initiative, autonomy, and resourcefulness;
- Fast and efficient work pace with a performance-driven mindset.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a factory or other relevant work;
- Industrial sewing experience is a strong asset;
- Familiarity with different sewing techniques (flat seam, overlock, etc.);
- Ability to handle and maintain sewing equipment;
- Physical stamina to sit for extended periods;
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks based on production needs.
