Intern, I&T Business Analyst - Performance Management Office (PMO)
This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
Job Summary
The Intern, I&T Business Analyst - Performance Office Management plays a crucial role in supporting the analysis, planning, and execution of Information and Technology (I&T) projects. The position involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and assist in the delivery of technology solutions. The incumbent gains hands-on experience in business analysis, project management, and agile methodologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, and process flows
- Support the analysis and validation of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on analysis activities
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for project stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the team
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and project management principles is a plus
Education

Currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
