The Opp****ortunityVoPay is actively seeking a highly driven Senior Project Manager to orchestrate and execute multiple, concurrent complex projects across our SaaS platform. In this critical role, you will successfully manage engagements with partners and clients, delivering on strictly agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead the coordination of sophisticated technology integrations between our internal product/engineering teams and our external partners and clients. We are looking for an execution-focused leader with a deep background in payments and Fintech who can drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution

• Take absolute accountability for the simultaneous delivery of multiple assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and strictly under budget.

• Work tightly with internal/external stakeholder teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide technical API integrations, assist with technical problem-solving, and rapidly unblock internal resources.

• Ensure the precise development of engagement plans, reports, documents, training, and overall solutions as per our commitments to strategic partners and clients.

• Relentlessly clear impediments impacting the engineering and product teams' ability to deliver.

• Lead strategic partner and enablement vendor due diligence initiatives.

• Act as the central liaison bridging the project team with VoPay stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and finance to onboard and launch new products.

• Drive and facilitate VoPay's responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

• Serve as a SCRUM Master when required, enforcing lean, highly efficient development cycles.

• Rigorously review and reconcile project financials, effectively communicating metrics and updates to leadership.

• Act as a key facilitator supporting our annual SOC2 and PCI DSS compliance audits.

• Mentor, coach, and elevate the standard of the broader project management team.

Process Engineering

• Take ownership of designing, documenting, and implementing agile Project Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored for a nimble fintech environment.

• Champion these SOPs, facilitating their adoption across internal teams to ensure a collaborative and predictable delivery of products to the market.

Communication

• Facilitate proactive, transparent communications between all internal teams and external client stakeholders.

• Proactively flag project-related risks, facilitate rapid resolution, and manage change and release schedules.

• Set up and operate executive project steering committees as required.

• Deliver concise, timely project status, budget, and risk reporting directly to VoPay senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory: Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, concurrent technical projects within a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.

• Deep, proven experience in the payments or fintech industry is required.

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC2, PCI DSS).

• Proven ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment to support global scaling.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt and adopt the methodologies to the environment.

• Knowledge and experience with project management software.

• Extensive experience with DevOps and Agile software development processes, heavily utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and API integrations.

• Exceptional ability to translate and resolve complex issues for both highly technical engineering teams and non-technical business audiences.

• Demonstrated experience thriving in both fast-paced start-up environments and structured corporate settings.

Salary Range: $110,000- $115,000 (total compensation)
