Make your mark for patients We are looking for Ecosystem Lead/District Manager who is strategic, collaborative, and patient-focused to join our Commercial Immunology Rheumatology team for the Quebec and Atlantic Provinces, subject to change. About the Role As an Ecosystem Lead, you will lead the development and execution of regional healthcare ecosystem strategies that improve patient outcomes while advancing business objectives. You will partner with healthcare providers, health systems, and cross-functional teams to identify care gaps, implement innovative solutions, and strengthen stakeholder engagement across the patient journey. This role combines strategic leadership, customer engagement, and team development to drive meaningful impact for patients living with immunological conditions. Who You'll Work With You will work within a highly collaborative commercial organization and partner closely with sales, marketing, market access, medical, and other cross-functional teams. You will also engage with healthcare professionals, health system leaders, patient care stakeholders, and key opinion leaders to advance coordinated care and address unmet patient needs across local healthcare ecosystems. What You'll Do Manage an infield team of 6-7 Healthcare Practitioner Partners (HCPP). Develop and execute regional healthcare ecosystem strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver patient-focused solutions. Partner with healthcare networks to identify and address care gaps. Coach and develop field teams to strengthen customer engagement. Build strategic relationships with healthcare leaders and key influencers. Translate business insights into actionable territory and growth plans. Interested? For This Role We're Looking for the Following Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or related field. 10+ years of healthcare industry experience with increasing leadership responsibility. 5+ years’ experience leading sales, marketing, market access, medical, or commercial teams. Ability and willingness to travel 50% on a regular basis. Bilingual communication skills, including fluid in English and French. Preferred Requirements Advanced degrees such as Master’s, PharmD, MD, or PhD. Ideally based out of Montreal. Experience in rheumatology, dermatology, or biologic therapies. Key account management experience within complex healthcare environments. Strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and opinion leaders. Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and talent. Proven success influencing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations. Strong understanding of specialty care and healthcare systems.
