Your Missions Administrative & Marketing Coordinator

Guelph, ON

The Administrative & Marketing Coordinator provides critical support to the Country Manager and Marketing team. This role will include administrative duties, event planning, internal and external communications, marketing project leadership (with a focus on poultry), and regulatory support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Country Manager.
• Draft presentations, reports, as needed
• Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events led by the Country Manager.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for events and engagements.
• Take the lead on the internal newsletter "Critter Chronicles", from content planning to distribution.
• Manage the development and circulation of the external Ceva Canada Newsletter.
• Serve as the primary contact and project lead for poultry marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans in alignment with business goals, with support of Marketing Director.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions.
• Provide support for the Marketing Review Process, ensuring materials comply with relevant regulatory standards.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals in alignment with Ceva's internal review protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in marketing or relevant field of study
• Experience: Marketing internship experience preferred
