ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Human Resources

DUTIES Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Administrative Assistant is the frontline HR staff responsible for providing clerical and
administrative services to ensure the HR department runs smoothly while maintaining confidentiality in all matters. The Administrative
Assistant will respond to public, and staff inquires, process all employees’ leave forms, prepare and distribute reports for time and attendance,
maintain accurate recordkeeping for all employees’ files, prepare and distribute correspondence and support recruitment processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Office Assistant Certificate, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience working in an office environment

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office 365 and Adobe

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Ability to prioritize effectively in a busy office environment

Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
