Admissions Manager, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
About the role
Join our mission to guide families through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, not just by promoting a school, but by building trust and understanding.
At Alpha, students master core subjects in two hours daily with AI-driven platforms, dedicating the rest of their time to acquiring real-world skills such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. As we aim to establish 25 new campuses by 2025, every new location begins with a single conversation—the admissions experience. This is where your role becomes vital.
Provide a premium, personalized experience for HNW/UHNW families, steering clear of tedious paperwork and scripted dialogues. You will oversee the entire admissions journey from the first contact to the final handoff, delivering top-tier service throughout. Your role involves qualifying inquiries, guiding families through their decision-making process, and employing AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on the essentials: relationships, conversion, and trust.
If you're seeking a position where high-level service intersects with rapid execution—and where AI is foundational, not just a trendy term—apply now.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the complete admissions journey for designated families with elegance, compassion, and efficiency.
- Assess inbound leads from HNW/UHNW parents using insightful questioning, CRM data, and AI insights.
- Serve as the main contact for all parent interactions, scheduling, and follow-ups—ensuring a premium experience regardless of the outcome.
- Utilize AI tools and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to prioritize tasks, automate follow-ups, and minimize manual labor.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Depend on scripts or inflexible protocols—this role demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional intelligence.
- Get bogged down in bureaucratic processes—you won’t be entangled in department approvals or waiting for others to act.
- Hand over relationship management—you are the trusted contact throughout the process.
