Who you are
- Bring 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on partner, channel, or co-marketing in SaaS
- Have a proven track record building and executing integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive qualified partner-sourced pipeline

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager, Co-Marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with Webflow’s agency and technology partners
- This role will lead co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads, expand market reach, and accelerate pipeline growth by combining Webflow’s platform strengths with our partners’ audiences and expertise
- You’ll create repeatable campaign frameworks that partners can activate, manage MDF for your partners to fund high-impact initiatives, and use data and insights to continuously improve performance
- Success in this role means driving measurable results through thoughtful collaboration, excellent execution, and strategic alignment with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing
- Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing
- Build joint go-to-market plans with partners, aligning messaging, campaigns, and pipeline goals to drive shared growth
- Design and execute co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads and measurable partner-sourced pipeline
- Create scalable, repeatable campaigns and assets (webinars, content, toolkits) that multiple partners can activate
- Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including proposal reviews, approvals, quarterly allocation, and ROI analysis
- Leverage data and insights to inform partner marketing strategy, messaging, and investment decisions
- Enable partners with training, best practices, and resources to improve marketing execution and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Marketing to align programs with go-to-market priorities and report on impact
