Agilus is recruiting for an Account Manager in the construction supply sector in Edmonton, Alberta. This B2B role requires a hunter-minded sales rep to build and maintain relationships with local small businesses and grow dealer sales in the Edmonton area
Total Rewards
- $48000.00 annually
- Uncapped commission with guaranteed first-year earnings of $80,000

A Typical Day
- Drive profitable sales growth within assigned dealer network and territory
- Prospect new accounts and expand opportunities with existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key decision-makers
- Promote cross-selling to increase customer value and product penetration
- Execute sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and shared services
- Provide exceptional customer experience using company tools and resources
- Manage forecasting, bidding, and reporting to support territory growth
- Connect with customers/clients for regular field visits and face-to-face interactions
The Successful Candidate Brings
- Post-secondary education
- 1–5 years of proven sales experience
- Hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills.
- Comfortable cold-calling local and small business owners.
- Ability to manage complex accounts while growing dealer sales.
- Solid sales fundamentals; industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Driven by KPIs and performance metrics
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
