Description And Responsibilities During this internship, you will have the unique opportunity to support the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) teams In Listowel or Charleville , in a fast-paced and complex factory setting.

This role offers a comprehensive and practical understanding of the FSQ field. It is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to broaden their experience and skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

As Part Of The Team, You Will

  • Measure compliance with defined quality standards and support continuous improvement by facilitating and participating in relevant Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Help achieve quality standards and ensure adherence to GMP through effective management of the Quality Compliance Program, delivering on agreed product specifications.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Quality Standards by coordinating necessary training and providing support to the operations team and other functional areas.
  • Assist in factory audits, including those conducted by customers and third-party organizations.

What You Need To Apply

  • Studying Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance or related degree.
  • Results Oriented.
  • Motivated self-starters with the determination and drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional communicators.
  • Able to work well in a team and on their own.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Possess good organisational and time management skills.
