Beyond the hardware, Boldr’s contractor platform helps HVAC businesses use data from their installed base to reduce operational costs, improve service efficiency, grow maintenance revenue, strengthen customer retention, and remain the trusted long-term partner for future service, repairs, and equipment replacement.

We're looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team and help bring our brand, products, and story to life across every customer touchpoint. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both design and video production and is excited to create content that drives growth across B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.

What You'll Do

Video Production & Editing Film installation walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and contractor testimonials on job sites Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid advertising campaigns Produce training, onboarding, and educational videos for our contractor audience (Boldr Pro) Create engaging reels, clips, and visual stories that showcase the product in real-world HVAC environments Manage video assets, footage organization, editing workflows, and content libraries Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that support campaign goals and brand storytelling

Graphic Design Design creative assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels Create social media graphics, templates, and content assets Design email graphics, landing page visuals, website assets, and promotional materials Develop wholesale and point-of-sale materials, including sell sheets, shelf displays, signage, and retail marketing collateral Support product packaging, packaging inserts, quick-start guides, and customer support materials Maintain consistency and quality across all visual brand touchpoints

B2B & D2C Marketing Support Create content that speaks effectively to both HVAC contractors and homeowners Build and maintain a growing library of photography, video, and creative assets Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative performance through testing and iteration

What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or a related creative role Strong portfolio showcasing both video production/editing and graphic design work Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools Experience creating content for social media, paid advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content from concept through final production Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, visual storytelling, and brand consistency Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision Strong communication and collaboration skills AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows and output Ability to leverage AI for ideation, content creation, image generation, video production, editing, asset repurposing, and workflow automation Curiosity and willingness to continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve creative efficiency and effectiveness Native or professional-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create polished marketing content for both contractors and homeowners.

Bonus Points Experience working with consumer products Motion graphics and animation experience Experience creating content for both B2B and D2C audiences Familiarity with conversion-focused creative and performance marketing Experience supporting product launches, retail merchandising, or packaging design Experience creating content that drives measurable business outcomes
